Timelines on Recent India Visitor Visa

Has anyone in India received a Canada Visitor Visa approval in the last few weeks? I'm curious about the current processing time from application to decision. I'm planning to travel during the first week of September. If I submit my application now, is it realistic to expect a decision before then? I'd appreciate hearing about any recent experiences.

I applied for my TRV with a Family Sponsorship AOR on July 2, received my PPR on July 29, and submitted my passport on August 1. Based on recent timelines, passport stamping is taking around 2–4 weeks, so traveling in early September still seems achievable.
