I'm hoping to hear from people who have recently applied for a Canadian Visitor Visa, particularly those who may be processed through the CAN+ stream. My parents submitted their application a few weeks ago, and after the biometrics were completed and reflected in their IRCC account, there hasn't been any movement on the file. Their timeline: Application filed: July 9 Biometrics appointment: July 14 Biometrics linked to the application: July 18 Current status: Waiting for the next update Since both applicants have valid U.S. visitor visas, we're expecting the application to be considered under CAN+ eligibility. If you've applied recently, I'd love to know: When did you submit your application? When were your biometrics completed? Have you received a Passport Request (PPR) or a final decision yet?
