IRCC Approval Letter and Email Delays?

Has anyone else noticed delays with IRCC notifications lately? My C18 application is showing as approved in GCKey, but I still haven’t received the approval letter. I also submitted an additional document for my PR application, and although it appears in GCKey, I haven’t received an email confirming receipt. Did anyone experience something similar? If so, did the email or letter eventually come through, or did you need to contact IRCC?

Yes, this can happen—GCKey sometimes updates before the email or letter is actually sent, so a short delay isn’t necessarily a concern. If the documents are showing as submitted in your account, I’d give it a few business days before contacting IRCC.
