AOR Received but No Further IRCC Updates Spousal Open Work Permit

I received my AOR on July 15, 2026, but there have been no further updates or requests from IRCC so far. I submitted my SOWP application on July 28 and included the AOR for reference. Has applying for the work permit shortly after the AOR impacted the processing timeline? I’ve noticed others receiving biometrics and medical requests soon after AOR, so I’m trying to understand if this delay is normal.
