ECAS Showing "Received" Before AOR – Has Anyone Experienced This?

I'm wondering if anyone has seen their proof of citizenship application appear in ECAS as "Received" before receiving their AOR. I was under the impression that ECAS usually becomes available only after the AOR is issued, so this caught me by surprise. My situation: Paper application submitted through a Canadian consulate from outside Canada. Application mailed in early January. ECAS now shows "Received" with a date of May 15. I still haven't received an AOR by email or mail. ECAS also doesn't show the usual second line indicating that correspondence (AOR) has been sent. I'm trying to understand what this could mean. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Could it be that: My AOR is about to be issued? The AOR was sent but I never received it? ECAS can sometimes update before the AOR? Or could this indicate there's an issue with my application? If you've had ECAS show "Received" before getting your AOR, I'd really appreciate hearing how your timeline went and how long it took before the AOR arrived.
