Lisa De Leon

Lisa De Leon is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Chief Executive Officer of L3J Immigration Consulting Inc., based in Calgary, Alberta. She holds over a decade of experience in providing specialized immigration services, including Express Entry, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), work permits, family sponsorships, business immigration, and humanitarian applications. A graduate of the Immigration Practitioner Program at Bow Valley College, Lisa became a licensed consultant in 2011 and is an active member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and CAPIC. Lisa’s professional journey began in settlement services, where she supported newcomer families facing unique challenges. Fluent in Filipino and Tagalog, she leverages her multilingual skills to serve diverse communities, ensuring personalized guidance at every step. Lisa is also the founder of The Expert Collective, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering immigrants through education and employment solutions.
